Front Desk Agent – Timberline Condominiums, Snowmass Village, CO
Full-time and part-time positions available | $20–$25/hour
About Us
Timberline Condominiums is a ski-in/ski-out condo property on Fanny Hill at Snowmass, offering the space of a private residence with the services of a fine hotel. Our guests enjoy studio to multi-bedroom condos, a heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, a slopeside sundeck, our on-site restaurant The Edge, and complimentary airport and village shuttles. We pride ourselves on guest service that makes vacations stress-free, and our front desk team is at the heart of that.
The Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you're often the first and last person our guests meet. You'll welcome families, skiers, and returning regulars, solve problems on the spot, and help every guest make the most of their time in Snowmass.
What You'll Do
- Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly, including payments and key/access handling, using Streamline, our property management software
- Answer phones and emails, and route reservation requests to our reservations team
- Coordinate airport and village shuttle requests with our bell staff
- Share recommendations for dining, activities, ski rentals, and local events
- Handle guest requests and concerns, communicating with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues quickly
- Assist guests with luggage logistics (our buildings don't have elevators, so bell coordination matters)
- Keep the lobby tidy and welcoming, and complete shift reports and cash handling procedures
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat, and calm under pressure, especially on busy holiday check-in days
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Comfortable with computers; experience with Streamline or other property management software is a plus
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and [day/evening/night] shifts
- Bilingual a plus
