We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service and order processing team in Knoxville.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and confident managing both people and workflow operations.

What You’ll Do

As Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our customer service and order processing team while ensuring smooth communication between customers, dealers, manufacturers, rent-to-own vendors, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the customer service team to ensure high performance and accountability
  • Oversee order intake and processing from dealer purchase orders
  • Manage accurate data entry into accounting and dispatching systems
  • Coordinate with dealers and manufacturers on custom-built orders
  • Ensure building layouts, accessories, and customer specifications are accurately communicated
  • Process customer payments including deposits and delivery-related payments
  • Coordinate rent-to-own contracts, pricing, and required paperwork with vendor partners
  • Communicate order updates, timelines, and changes via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Oversee pre-delivery and post-delivery documentation
  • Manage invoicing for pre-owned structures, re-deliveries, and pickup attempts
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues professionally and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow efficiencies
  • Lead weekly team meetings and performance discussions

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous customer service leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong team management and coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to learn new software and internal systems quickly
  • High School Diploma or GED, bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-channel support environments
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, dispatching, or order fulfillment
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Experience working with dealer networks or vendor coordination
  • Background in high-volume office operations

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
