Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
About the Position:
Join our team to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment. Timberlane offers a permanent position perfect for individuals from various backgrounds, including engineering and woodworking technology, who are passionate about pursuing a career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble custom exterior shutters.
- Inspect and box final products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Contribute to key projects and the overall production process.
Requirements:
- Math Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required for precise measurements and assembly tasks.& The ability to add and subtract fractions is required.
- Reading a Tape Measure: Proficient in reading and interpreting measurements from a tape measure to ensure accuracy in production.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly as part of the job duties.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to maintain high-quality standards in all tasks.
- Experience:& Prior woodworking and/or production experience.
