Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within your assigned Florida territory.
- Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Research markets to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and report results.
- Partner with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals while upholding company standards.
- Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Prior experience in door sales is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 3 days per week, primarily on the road.
- Background in customer service, retail, or sales management is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts at once.
- Familiarity with CRM software a plus.
- Valid driver’s license for travel within your Florida territory.
