Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on technical work in the field—performing startup, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of HVAC systems including cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, VFDs, chillers, air handlers, and hydronic accessories.

·        Perform field service tasks on HVAC systems with minimal supervision.

·        Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.

·        Conduct preventative maintenance and system startups in accordance with factory standards.

·        Accurately document work performed, labor hours, and materials used.

·        Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.

·        Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

·        Identify and propose system improvements or retrofit opportunities to support customer success.

·        3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC service or a related mechanical field.

·        Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.

·        Familiarity with key product categories such as pumps, towers, chillers, VFDs, boilers, and air handlers.

·        Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms or rooftops.

·        Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
