Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Support the kitchen staff during busy periods by helping with various tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward helping others.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items.
