What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bench Jeweler position at Timberbrook Capital?
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler. The ideal candidate is skilled in jewelry repair, stone setting, and fabrication, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of jewelry repair including ring sizing, prong work, chain soldering, and clasp replacement
- Set diamonds and colored stones in a variety of mountings (prong, bezel, channel, etc.)
- Polish and finish pieces to a high standard
- Restoration projects for antique and vintage jewelry
- Ensure all work is completed accurately
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a bench jeweler (fine jewelry required)
- Proficiency in stone setting, soldering, and finishing
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently
- Laser welder experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
