Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Truck Drivers to join our team. The Job should last 3-6 months Hourly wage plus housing and 50.00 day food per diem. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks and trailer to transport mulch to various disposal sights.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers, Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle inspections in accordance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations
- Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips; report any maintenance issues promptly
- Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Proven experience in commercial truck driving,
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; previous driver experience preferred including operation of large end dump trailers , walking floor trailers and belt trailers.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60.0 – 80.0 per week
