Duties and responsibilities
- Load correct materials on to the production line in the correct sequence
- Ensure material meets specifications
- Ability to understand production sheets and pull, throw, and put joints properly together on the table.
- Takes action to fix/replace defective materials
- Monitors equipment to ensure proper operation
- Documents quality and production checks
- Ability to be cross trained at multiple stations
- Communicates well with other team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School or GED Diploma
- Experience in manufacturing for 1 year is preferred.
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Detail oriented, highly organized, punctual, and reliable
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to work effectively independently or as a team
