About The Job
Timber Ridge Tree Care has taken care of West Michigan homeowners for over 30 years, and we have thousands of past customers who need to hear from us. We're looking for a hard-working, upbeat person to call them, check in, and get their next tree service on the schedule. If you've got a great attitude, like talking to people, and don't mind picking up the phone all day, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Call past customers to check in and offer seasonal pruning, tree health care, and tree inspections
- Book appointments for our arborists
- Follow up on estimates that haven't been scheduled yet
- Send follow-up emails and texts
- Keep notes and customer records up to date in our system
- Hit daily call and booking goals
What We're Looking For
- A great attitude. This is the most important thing.
- Hard-working and self-motivated. You keep dialing even when it's slow.
- Friendly, confident phone voice
- Comfortable making a lot of outbound calls every day
- Takes a "no" without taking it personally
- Basic computer skills: email, data entry
- Reliable and on time
Nice to Have
- Experience in phone sales, call center, appointment setting, or customer service
- Experience in home services or landscaping
No experience? If you've got the attitude and the work ethic, we'll train you!
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
