What You’ll Do
- Lead and support our front desk and reservations team
- Manage daily campground reservations and occupancy
- Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service
- Handle guest concerns with confidence and care
- Train, coach, and schedule team members
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
- Help improve processes and guest experience
- Keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or front office leadership
- Required: experience using reservation management platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working weekends and during busy summer season
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
