Timber Ridge RV & Recreation Resort is looking for a Guest Services Manager to lead our front desk and reservations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting a team, and helping create memorable vacation experiences for families and campers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support our front desk and reservations team
  • Manage daily campground reservations and occupancy
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service
  • Handle guest concerns with confidence and care
  • Train, coach, and schedule team members
  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
  • Help improve processes and guest experience
  • Keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, or front office leadership
  • Required: experience using reservation management platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working weekends and during busy summer season
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
