What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Timber Creek Village Assisted Living?
Timber Creek Village Assisted Living is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker to work approximately 20 hours per week.
This is a great position for a retired individual or someone looking for a second job that is local to the Lincoln area.
The position offers a flexible schedule and a great work atmosphere. Candidate must be responsible & reliable!
Duties include, but are not limited to: Painting, landscape maintenance, performing minor home repairs, inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation), checking functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm), and other small project tasks.
This Maintenance position will report and communicate regularly with the facility Administrator and the Construction/Maintenance Director and will document any necessary findings on a regular basis.
A background check is mandatory.
