Union- Merchandiser I

Job Purpose:
- As a Merchandiser at Timber Country Coca-Cola, you will be responsible for ensuring that beverage sections, displays, and coolers are available, stocked, and maintained according to daily assigned routes. Your role is crucial in maintaining product visibility and availability to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow daily assigned routes to ensure all designated locations are serviced efficiently.
- Maintain beverage sections, displays, and coolers to ensure products are available and attractively presented.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with company standards.
- Organize overstock to facilitate easy access and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company standards by passing drug tests and maintaining a clean driving record.
- Ensure full coverage insurance is maintained for company vehicle use.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Familiarity with stock rotation and inventory management

Preferred Experience:
- Previous retail work experience

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must pass a drug test
