Responsibilities
Lead Auction Strategy & Execution
- Own all live and silent auction planning and execution
- Source and secure high-value auction items and experiences
- Develop pricing strategy aligned with donor psychology and revenue goals
- Manage auction platforms, timelines, and on-site execution
- Oversee post-event fulfillment and donor stewardship
- Track revenue performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate celebrity invitations in collaboration with leadership
- Manage travel bookings and itineraries through our travel partners
- Oversee seamless arrival, departure, and event participation logistics
- Proactively resolve scheduling or travel changes
- Maintain organized communication and documentation
- Support structured celebrity engagement and thank-you strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Marketing, Development, and Finance
- Improve systems, documentation, and operational clarity
- Protect confidential and high-profile information
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, fundraising, hospitality, travel logistics, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, detail-driven projects
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and auction strategy preferred
- Experience interacting with high-touch donors, executives, or VIP stakeholders preferred
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
