Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Execute auto body repair tasks as needed, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and powertrain components.
Skills
- Proficient in automotive repair techniques, particularly with a variety of vehicles.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in auto body repair is a plus.
