Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit card, and financing transactions accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
- Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist customers with billing questions and provide friendly service
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure accurate transaction processing
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
