I opened my agency in 2003 after spending 12 years with State Farm corporate and moving back to my hometown to serve the community I care deeply about. Our office has grown to a team of nine, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, customer-focused environment where team members are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.
I’m a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, have been married for over 30 years, and enjoy spending time outdoors, summers at the lake, and winter snow activities with my family. Our office offers a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, continuing education opportunities, an Aspirant program, team celebrations, snacks and coffee, and flexibility to support outside passions and activities. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
