Position SummaryWe’re seeking a Customer Accounts Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, handling phones, emails, and daily office communications. This role supports our accounting and customer service teams with accounts receivable and production coordination, while also tracking inventory and maintaining accurate Excel records to stay aligned with ongoing production updates.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect incoming calls and respond to general inquiries from customers and vendors.Assist with accounts receivable and payments.Prepare customer invoices. Track and manage inventory using Excel spreadsheetsProcess purchase orders and coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, shipping).Provide professional communication with customers regarding order status, shipment details, and account inquiries.Qualifications2–3 years of office administration or customer service experience preferredExperience with accounts receivable, invoicing, or general bookkeeping processes.Ability to create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking inventory and production data.
