Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and assist clients with questions

• Assist with policy service requests and basic insurance inquiries
• Manage daily office tasks
• Maintain client records and handle general administrative duties
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, office software)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
