- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales transactions smoothly.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit, and mobile payments with accuracy.
- Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and kitchen equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while providing friendly assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
