Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process food orders and retail transactions accurately
• Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give correct change
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards
• Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness protocols
• Support food handling procedures, including serving, bussing tables, and managing customer orders efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is desirable
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly in a busy environment
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently when needed
• Food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
