- Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads to drive consistent sales performance
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience by managing the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate inventory, pricing, and solutions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals
- Maintain strong product, inventory, and promotion knowledge to support confident and effective selling Success Criteria:
- Consistent sales activity and conversion of leads into completed vehicle sales

- Accuracy and completeness of deal documentation and required paperwork
