What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Clearly explain vehicle features, benefits, and available options
- Guide customers through the purchase process, including financing and documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer service
