What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Inspect and replace engine oil, fluids, filters, wiper blades, and other essential maintenance items.
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with service advisors and team members.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all dealership procedures and safety standards while delivering high-quality service.
- Help provide an exceptional customer experience through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
