*Job Overview*
We are seeking a part time Service Advisor/Parts Person to join our team. The Service Advisor/Parts Person will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a smooth service process. Knowledge of parts and vehicles a must. Looking for morning hours 8 - 12. Can turn into full time for the right fit. Please only those with experience apply. Former techs are encourage to apply.
*Duties*
- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service requirements
- Schedule and maintain the shop schedule to run smoothly
- Provide estimates for services and repairs
- Schedule appointments and manage service timelines
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer information
- Knowledge of parts/proper ordering of parts
*Skills*
-Knowledge of parts
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Familiarity with shocks, struts, oil changes, suspensions, brake repairs, and transmissions, etc
- Experience in auto service management is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions
