Role Summary
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience leading SAP and Supply Chain technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage the delivery of SAP-related initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of projects that support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of SAP projects across Supply Chain business functions.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize deliverables.
Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate activities across business teams, SAP consultants, developers, architects, and testing teams.
Support SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive updates.
Ensure successful testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-production support.
Collaborate with business users to improve operational processes and system adoption.
Required Qualifications
7 years of Program or Project Management experience.
Experience delivering SAP projects in Supply Chain environments.
Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes including Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Order Management.
Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, or related Supply Chain applications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience
PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications.(nice to have)
Experience in Electronics, Manufacturing, High-Tech, or Industrial sectors.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
