Job Description & Skill Requirement:
3 years of experience in requirements management, systems engineering, product development, or quality engineering within complex technical environments
1 years administering or configuring JAMA or comparable tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion)
Strong knowledge of traceability, verification & validation (V&V), baselining, and change control
Experience integrating engineering tools (e.g., JIRA, test management systems)
Experience supporting operating model or enterprise transformation initiatives
Background in regulated industries requiring structured documentation and traceability
Experience leading enterprise tool deployments and driving user adoption
Familiarity with systems engineering best practices
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
