Position: Service Technician
Work Location: Savannah, GA 31401
Payrate: $24.00/hr
Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dress Code: Jeans and T Shirt
Job Description:
- Will assist more experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabinets ensuring they are functioning and visually appealing.
- Assist in the transport and unloading of cabinet materials and tools at and within the job site.
- Learn to diagnose and repair basic cabinet issues such as loose hinges, minor scratches, or damaged hardware.
- Proper use of hand and power tools commonly used for cabinet installation and repair.
- Take measurements and make cuts as needed to ensure accuracy in cabinet dimensions.
- When a service ticket is submitted, you will be provided with a service ticket with the address of the location. Supplies will be available at the storage unit
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 Years old and have a valid Driver’s License and clear motor vehicle record for at least 5 years.
- Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
- Work efficiently as a team or independently.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations.
- Effective communication skills include but not limited to reading, writing, and active listening.
- Problem-solving in the field to help complete your tasks promptly.
- Quality customer service.
