Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to cGMP guidelines throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves conducting inspections, audits, documentation reviews, and overseeing corrective and preventive actions to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of raw materials, packaging, production processes, and finished products.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, FDA, NSF, and other regulatory requirements.
- Review, maintain, and manage batch records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation to support traceability and compliance.
- Assist in preparation and participation in external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Investigate quality-related incidents, customer complaints, and deviations.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and regulatory departments to ensure integrated quality management.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve quality and compliance issues effectively.
