Fun Center Operations Leader

Tiled 10 one of the nation’s largest Entertainment Center companies is looking for an Assistant Manager for our Tilted 10 location at the Willow Grove Mall. Our facility will have all kinds of fun things for kids and families to experience. You would be a key player in a fast-paced management team, and help oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring a quality experience by all guests and staff. Responsibilities include training, serving as Manager on Duty, closing and opening, and ensuring the quality standards for the operation.
Your role as the recruiter and motivator of a millennial staff will require strong communication and organization skills. Your role as host to our guests will require a great smile, and occasional diplomacy to ensure everyone has a memorable time. Your role as the facility keeper will require attention to safety compliance, ensuring a spic and span operation, and the ability to manage techies. Your role a sales team leader will require experience with Point of Sales systems, and strong math aptitude. Finally, your role as a leader will require good time management, multi-tasking, and implementing the operation’s plans.
