- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to promote products, upsell additional items, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a tidy and organized sales floor.
- Provide support in inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing.
- Stay updated on current trends in technology sales, electronics, and other relevant product categories.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a retail setting, preferably in grocery stores or electronics sales.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with cash register operations and basic knowledge of phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous.
