As a New Home Coordinator at Tilson Homes, you'll work alongside our sales team to bring our customers' dream homes to life. Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the homebuilding process.
Requirements
- Coordinate with several parties (Customers, Sale Professionals, Drafting, Title Companies, Surveyors, Building Jurisdictions, Lenders, and more) for a smooth process.
- Review preconstruction documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Be willing to learn all aspects of the home-buying process.
Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with a Title company or title documents is a plus! This is an hourly role paying $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience.
