Job Summary:
At Tilly’s we are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and create a welcoming environment for all customers. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Ensure quality control by adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for coffee and providing outstanding customer experiences

Job Type: Full time/ Part-time
Pay: Starting at $17.00 hour TIPs
We are open: Monday – Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday- Saturday 7am- 5pm, Sunday 7am-4pm
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
