What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant/Listing Coordinator position at Tillung Tampa Bay?
We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our high-level executive with administrative duties such as being the Tillung's listing coordinator, coordinating showings and being present for them, and coordinating open houses as well as holding open houses for Tillung listings. Compensation:$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings
- Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
- Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
- Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
