Description:Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. We are a part of Tillman Global Holdings, a holding company focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We are recruiting for a Sr. Program Manager.Responsibilities:Manage fiber network projects from market definition through activation and full deployment. This includes network design, engineering and construction, using multiple vendors.Assist teams with defining and reviewing project requirements, scope, goals, and deliverables.Support project teams through planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of each market’s build schedule; ensuring accuracy to regular forecasting cadences.Apply and track changes control processes through the market build lifecycle.Communicate project expectations, status, issues, and risks to team members and stakeholders, including visually representing the work and tracking progress.Create and track meaningful metrics to determine program health and success.Communicate market build statuses and risk mitigation plans to all levels of leadership.Facilitate daily meetings for all parties involved in a project to ensure objectives are met.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members in a positive, collaborative manner.Oversee existing processes & policies and implement enhancements to optimize processes while delivering high-quality projects.Requirements:What we are looking for:Experience: 7–10 years leading network projects in the telecommunications industry.Minimum 2 years of project management experience in fiber construction.Proven track record with fiber network builds and telecom infrastructure projects.Technical & Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of fiber construction processes, including permitting, fiber cutover (CX), and QA standards.Familiarity with PMO methodologies and large-scale telecom buildouts.Tools & Systems: Proficient in Salesforce SiteTracker for project tracking.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Extensive experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and third-party partners in telecom projects.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and provide solutions.Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.As a growing company, we are committed to attracting and developing the best talent by offering a workplace where results are recognized and rewarded.
