About This Role
The Project Controller will support the Project Management and Construction teams by delivering accurate forecast analysis and ensuring data integrity across key platforms including Sitetracker and PowerBI. This role plays a critical part in maintaining reporting accuracy and providing visibility into project health and timelines.
Role And Responsibilities
- Perform regular forecasting and variance analysis to support project planning and execution.
- Maintain and audit data within Sitetracker and any other reporting platforms to ensure accuracy across projects, milestones, and any other relative metrics.
- Partner with Project Managers, PMO, and Construction Teams to gather relevant project updates and integrate them into reports and dashboards.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and drive actions to improve overall reporting health.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Sitetracker/Salesforce for executive and operational use.
- Track project forecast performance against actuals to support proactive risk mitigation.
- Support SOW, NTP, PO, and milestone tracking workflows, ensuring timely updates and alignment across departments.
What we are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in project controls, analysis, and construction support.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle workflows, especially in construction FTTH builds.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
