About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and support our product lines—Nudge, Monay, and tilliX. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent college graduate who enjoys solving problems, engaging with people, and demonstrating how innovative tech products work. You’ll be the bridge between our technical products and the business needs of prospects, helping potential customers understand how our solutions can deliver real value.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct compelling live product demos for Nudge, Monay, and tilliX across various customer use cases.
- Understand and translate customer requirements into clear, value-driven product narratives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor presentations and demo flows to client needs.
- Answer technical and product-related questions during pre-sales calls and virtual meetings.
- Provide light technical assistance in building demo environments (basic HTML knowledge required).
- Gather product feedback from prospects and relay it to product and engineering teams.
- Support creation of demo scripts, pitch decks, and customer-facing materials.
Who You Are:
- Recent graduate (within the last 1–2 years) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable presenting in front of others with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
- Curious, quick learner, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States. U.S. Citizenship required.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Internship or co-op experience in a technical sales, product, or support role.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital engagement platforms, or conversational interfaces.
- Exposure to tools like Figma, Notion, or CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
