Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately transmit information to the appropriate technicians
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service schedule
- Provide estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Qualifications:
- Previous experience using Talon Software
- Knowledge of motorcycles and service jobs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Previous work with warranties
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for scheduling and record keeping
