Duties
- Operate carpet cleaning machines, floor buffing, waxing, and refinishing equipment to achieve optimal results.
- Perform thorough cleaning of carpets, floors, and other surfaces using appropriate chemical agents and cleaning techniques.
- Handle and apply floor cleaning chemicals safely while adhering to environmental and safety standards.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment and furniture to facilitate deep cleaning processes.
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas by performing janitorial duties including floor scrubbing, buffing, and floor care maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, explaining cleaning procedures, and ensuring satisfaction with the results.
- Follow proper protocols for chemical agent handling to ensure safety for yourself, colleagues, and clients.
Qualifications
Customer service experience a plus
Personable and reliable
No experience preferred we will provide all training
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
