Front Retail Associate

Tiller & Rye is currently seeking a new member to join our team. We are looking for a strong applicant as a cashier/stock person for the front end of the store. Experience is preferred, but exceptions could be made for the right candidate. Applicants must be able to multitask, exhibit attention to detail, and have effective communication skills. An interest in healthy eating is a plus. Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds. Early mornings, evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, providing excellent customer service.
• Operate the cash register, handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Utilize retail math to assist customers with pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience and address any customer concerns.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote sales through effective communication.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.25 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
