Responsibilities
Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to assess performance
Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed
Provide accurate time estimates for additional repair needs
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
Manufacturer certification or B‑level qualifications (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair)
Ability to learn new technology, processes, and service procedures
Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
ASE certifications recognized
Strong customer service skills
Basic computer literacy
Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset
Valid, insurable driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
