Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Havre, MT
Tilleman Equipment, your full-line Bobcat dealer, is seeking an experienced Compact Equipment Technician to join our team. If you have strong knowledge of compact machinery and want to work for a company that values integrity, community, and professional growth, this is the opportunity for you.

- Diagnose, repair, and service Bobcat equipment and customer-owned machines
- Operate equipment and attachments to ensure safe and correct performance
- Participate in ongoing Bobcat service training to enhance your skills
- Complete required work order documentation with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Certified Bobcat training (or proven experience with compact equipment)
- Your own tools
- Ability to navigate computers and service software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs. occasionally
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screening
