IHBS is an intensive in-home behavioral service working in a team model with a licensed supervisor and IHBS therapist monitor to develop and implement a behavior action plan for the caregivers and families that they are working with.

Overview
TILL, Inc is seeking an In-home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Therapist to join our experienced and exceptional team! IHBS is an intensive in-home behavioral service working in a team model with a licensed supervisor and IHBS therapist monitor to develop and implement a behavior action plan for the caregivers and families that they are working with.
Essential Job Functions
- Works with the individual and their caregivers through implementation of interventions, modeling, and coaching.
- Collaborates with their clinical supervisor, IHBS therapist and other client providers.
- Monitor the youth’s progress on identified goals and maintain data collection.
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Counseling, Child Development, Guidance, Criminal Justice, Education, Health Education, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, Psychology, Recreational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Vocational Counseling and one (1) year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management. Or
- An associate’s degree (that is on the Managed Care Approved list- see above) and a minimum of two years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address behavioral issues/mental health
- Valid Drivers license and vehicle required.
