Description

TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. TILL Inc., is seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Home Provider to live in an individual’s charming home and provide support with daily living and life skills.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, values companionship, and wants to make a positive difference in someone’s life, all while having a comfortable home and receiving a stipend for providing support.

Responsibilities

The Home Provider will help support the individual with:

• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Life skills and maintaining independence
• Daily routines and household activities
• Community involvement and meaningful activities
• Encouraging independence and participation in everyday activities
• Providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming home environment
