Apprentice Music Instructor (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a kind, dependable, and teachable individual to join our team as an Apprentice Music Instructor. This position is designed for someone with musical ability and a passion for helping others who wants to grow into a confident, professional private music instructor.
No teaching experience? That’s okay! If you have a solid musical foundation, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, we’ll provide the mentoring and training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Shadow our instructors in their music lessons and classes.
- Teach beginner music students using our curriculum and guidance.
- Learn from experienced instructors through observation and mentoring.
- Participate in regular evaluations and one-on-one coaching to develop your teaching skills.
- Welcome students and families with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with light front desk and academy responsibilities as needed.
- Help create a positive, encouraging, and organized learning environment.

Qualifications
- A solid musical foundation (piano preferred; other instruments considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work afternoons and/or evenings.
- Teaching experience is welcome but not required.
