Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing a welcoming and professional customer experience
- Guide customers through tile selections, helping them find products that match their design needs and budget
- Maintain showroom displays, ensuring samples and product arrangements are clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Support sales staff with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and customer communications
- Stay up to date on product inventory, new arrivals, and tile trends to better assist customers
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, showroom, interior design, or a customer-facing sales role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Interest or background in home improvement, tile, flooring, or interior design is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Computer skills for processing orders and managing customer information
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given the South Florida market
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
