Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations and ensure materials, equipment, and tools get to job sites efficiently.
This Role Includes
- Warehouse organization and inventory control
- Delivering materials to job sites across the Bay Area
- Coordinating closely with field leaders and the project manager
- Planning efficient daily routing based on location and traffic patterns
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse inventory and organization
- Pick up, stage, and deliver materials and equipment to job sites
- Coordinate delivery timing and routing based on job priorities and traffic
- Keep tools, equipment, and storage systems clean and workable
- Track materials and receipts accurately using our digital system (training provided)
- Support lean improvements to warehouse layout and processes
- When needed, assist in building/repairing job-site tool carts and basic carpentry fixtures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication style
- Ability to plan routes for multiple Bay Area job sites efficiently
- Comfortable driving company vehicles (Class C license is sufficient)
- Mechanically inclined; light carpentry experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a driving record check
- Comfortable with technology (iPad/computers); willing to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to work smarter (willing to learn our systems)
- Job sites receive the correct materials on time
- The warehouse is clean, orderly, and easy to navigate
- Field crews feel supported and equipped
- Your daily routes are efficient, logical, and well-planned
- Small improvements happen every week, not all at once
- Job type: Full-Time, W-2.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Pay: $28 to $30/hour, depending on experience
- Paid training in Lean systems and continuous improvement
