What You'll Do
- Load/unload tile, grout, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and pull carts
- Deliver materials to job sites using our flatbed truck with liftgate
- Push/pull loaded carts and pallets (with equipment)
- Lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs frequently; up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked
- Track materials and communicate shortages, returns, or damaged goods
- Work with our field teams, office, and vendors to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience
- Reliable, physically capable, and organized
- Comfortable using text or WhatsApp to stay in touch
- Willing to take initiative, solve problems, and follow systems
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus (but we'll train the right person)
- Job stability - we've been in business over 20 years and we're still growing
- Competitive pay - starting at $28/hr.
- Stable hours--Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
