Base pay: $22/ hr plus commission.
Job Type: Full-time/Monday-Saturday, daytime, evenings, and weekends hours availability required
Store Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8 am-7 pm
Friday 8 am-5 pm
Saturday 9 am-4 pm
Sunday currently closed
Responsibilities and Duties
- Consult with remodel and new construction clients to understand their vision, needs, and project goals.
- Guide customers in selecting products that complement their style, budget, and overall design aesthetic.
- Manage the customer experience from initial sale through final installation, ensuring a seamless and positive renovation or new-build process.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate with project participants, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes for both the customer and the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, vendors, and prospective clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
