We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure appropriate medication therapy management.
- Provide counseling to patients on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining records in compliance with regulations.
- Administer immunizations as per state regulations and guidelines.
- Educate patients on health management topics including pain management and chronic disease management.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Participate in pharmacy residency programs as needed for training purposes.
Experience
- Active NYS pharmacist license
- Strong knowledge of physiology and pharmacology is essential.
- Proven ability in patient assessment and inventory management is highly valued.

Pay: $52.00 - $57.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
