Overview
We are seeking a Job Coordinator to join our team! The job coordinator will be responsible for processing, managing and overseeing customer projects. This position also involves assisting customer with selections, processing orders, and providing accurate product and service information. They will be interacting with customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person.
The job coordinator must have strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, a pleasant attitude, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure operations and efficient project completion. They must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via various channels such as phone, email, and in person
- Identify and assess a customer's needs to achieve a proper level of satisfaction
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Process order, returns and exchanges
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products and services
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to handle difficult customers and stressful situations
- Proficient in using CRM systems and practice
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service a plus but not required

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
