Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (Tile & Flooring Distribution) Location: Paterson NJ

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate box trucks and pickup trucks for local deliveries throughout the Tri-State area.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

• Pull, pack, and prepare tile and flooring orders for customer pickup and delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock locations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe on a daily basis.
• Assist customers with loading materials when needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
  
  
  

Delivery Duties

• Deliver tile and flooring products throughout the Tri-State area (NJ, NY, and CT) approximately 1–2 days per week.
• Safely operate company box trucks and pickup trucks.
• Inspect vehicles before and after deliveries.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain professional customer service standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience driving box trucks and/or pickup trucks preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Experience operating:
• Forklift
• Pallet Jack
• Hand Jack
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
